[OJS] "Forgot password" is not delivering any email for reset password

I am trying to open the admin panel of my ojs website (3.3.07), but it is showing “Invalid user name and password”. Forget password is also not working. It is not delivering any email, when I am using the forget password for reset. Kindly suggest me the issue.
