OJS - displaying incorrect date for reviews, articles submitted

Hi everyone,

I need help with how OJS displays dates. An editor keeps having problems :
" I sent review on 7/4/15 but the web site says that review was sent on the 7/5/15".
This happens with reviews submitted and new article versions submitted - the dates are in correct - and the editor finds it hard to manage the process this way,

I would appreciate any help I can get about this,

Have you confirmed your date.timezone setting in php.ini?
