Is there any detailed instruction how to set openbase_dir using Sentora, apache so I can show to hosting companies. I have big trouble with two hosting companies. They are not able to set it up poperly soI finish with wide open permissions or OJS is not able to access files in folder that is outside public_html.

It’s OK to put the files directory inside public_html, but only if you protect its contents from direct access using e.g. a .htaccess file. See this example. Make sure that it’s working before you move on – not all providers have .htaccess support enabled.

I Moved back files to ojsdatain public_html and put inside .htaccess with deny from all directive.
I contacted hosting company and they say that it is OK.
