we use OJS, and for publishing articles we always use the “quick submit plugin”.
Until now, we remove articles which have been published by “reject and archieve submission” from the Editor’s list.
How else can we remove all published articles, without “rejecting” them?
When using the “Reject and archive” process, you can click a checkbox to avoid sending the email to the author. Is that the problem you were encountering with that process?

I use this checkbox to avoid sending the email.
We just thought maybe using this process influences any statistics or something… like “100% of all submissions to our journal are being rejected and archieved” or something. This was our thought, but if it does not matter, it is ok for us to go that way.
That’s a change we made some time ago, and I’m not aware of any problems it’s caused. That said, if you do see something you’re concerned about, please let us know.
