OJS 3: Root user notifcation (root@localhost)

After doing any activities (submission, assign reviewers etc) in my journal, I got some notifications: Subscription expiry reminder and ##admin.scheduledTask.openAccessNotification## . I attach the screenshots.
What is the problem? Do these problems affect my journal? So far, I have not found any problems related to journal process

This is a known bug which has been fixed in GitHub for the stable branch, and is scheduled against the OJS 3.0.1 release:
