The OJS 3 has unpleasant “feature” regarding the reviewers form. When a reviewer opens a review form with radio buttons the first button is per default selected (e.g. yes/no - yes is selected). On the contrary OJS 2 shows all radio buttons unselected.
The problem is that a reviewer is not forced to fill the reviewers form and can simply send the filled form without looking at it. My opinion is this is a bug and the radio buttons per default should not be selected. If you agree with me: can you please issue a bug and fix it?
