OJS 3 no install button for plugin

Dear,

I have a fresh installation of OJS 3.1.1-2 that works OK, except there is no install of update button in plugins in the plugn gallery. I guess it has to be something with the configuration. Oh, yes, the OJS is running on Ubutnu.

Are you logged in as a Site Administrator?

Uf, shame on me, that was really a stupid mistake. I have been logged in as a Journal Manager and thought that is good enough. Being Site Admin realy helps
