OJS 3 installed but some feature are not seen

Hello all,
I am new to ojs. I have just installed it , but after login as administrator I cant find the menus I am directed by the Installation manual.
Under the Menu “Site Management” I was expecting to see two menu Items i.e Hosted Journals and Site Settings but only Hosted Journal appears. What might be the problem
PS I havent set any Journal yet

Dear @giabinh,
So far I know, if you have only one journal, you wont have site setting under “site management”. I hope this is a bug and has been reported.
