OJS 3 Can not fill alternate text in metadata

Hi!
I have found that after upgrading from OJS 3.0.1 to OJS 3.0.2 I can not fill the fields of alternate text for images in metadata of articles. This field is inactive. I can place the cursor in this field but when I typing - nothing appear.

Today I also found that I can not fill one more field. Peer sent me review by mail and I tried to add this review to manuscript submission. I created reviewer account and attached files, after that I tried to fill the field “Additional notes, commentaries, and explanations” in Review details. However I could not. I tried to save the decision without filling this field, however there appeared message that this field is required. So, I can not save changes in review. I am not sure, maybe it should work in this way?

I will be very thankful for any idea!

I’ve filed the article cover image alt tag issue here:

I’ve uploaded a patch – either link from that issue will work. They’re equivalent, just attached to different branches in github.
