OJS 3 blank screen with some code problem

Some of our users report problems and having blank screen with this just on the screen (PS the OJS 3 is upgrade from OJS 2):

So the problem is not OJS on our end but rather a user’s issue?

Hi @vebaev,

A Javascript error could be occurring because of a problem on the server side. You’d need to find out what the error is (e.g. per the link I sent) in order to debug.
