Hi! I am planning to add a download link for templates and pdf files in the homepage of my OJS site. This link should be public and there is no need for the end user to log in our site. How do i do this? Or where do i start? Is there a plugin for this? Thank you!

For now, to make these files public, you’ll need to upload the files through a mechanism like CPanel and link to them manually. In the future, we’ll be adding some tools to do this via OJS – see e.g. Improve Submission Library utility · Issue #520 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub.
