We had previously encountered an issue where Google reCAPTCHA was preventing user login and registration on our OJS installation. At that time, the problem resolved automatically without any intervention from our end.
However, we are now facing the same issue again (error video). We waited for about a week in the hope that it might resolve as before, but the problem still persists. No changes have been made to the server configuration, yet the issue reappeared and is affecting all users attempting to log in or register.
We would also like to mention that we have multiple PKP applications (OJS and OMP) installed on the same server, and both installations are experiencing the same reCAPTCHA-related issue.
As a temporary workaround, we have disabled reCAPTCHA to allow user access.
Could you please guide us on how to resolve this issue permanently? We would appreciate your help in identifying the root cause and applying a reliable fix.
