Dear all,
We have asked our authors to authenticate their ORCID iDs through the module provided in OJS. Aproximately 30% of our authors correctly responded to the task. However, when reviewing the quality of the metadata deposited with Crossref, we observe that 0% of the ORCID iDs appear as authenticated (even if the ORCID was correctly validated by the author).
Our journal prefix is 10.57890
Do you have any insight into what might be causing this issue and how we could correct it?
