OJS 3.4.0.1 - Signature not populating

Hi,

OJS 3.4.0.1 does not populate the signature in automated emails, but leaves {$editorialContactSignature}.

I have tried sending myself test emails with other tags: {$principalContactSignature}, {$contextName}, {$editorialContactName}. The same happened.

Is there a way this could be corrected?

This is already fixed in newer releases – see Wrong variable name in PASSWORD_RESET_CONFIRM email template · Issue #9111 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub for details. I’d suggest upgrading to the latest release.
