[OJS 3.3] On clicking "to buy subscription" button, redirects to homepage

Hi, when ever some one tries to buy subscription, it redirects to home page.

Error message-
Warning : Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /domain.com/public_html/3/lib/pkp/classes/template/PKPTemplateManager.inc.php:1244) in domian.com/lib/pkp/classes/core/PKPRequest.inc.php on line 97

there are some variations between the specific versions of OJS that may impact this, so can you please indicate the specific version that you’re using (e.g. 3.3.0-13).
