OJS-3.3.0 Cannot add item to submission checklist in workflow settings

Dear all,
I installed OJS 3.3.0-5a few days ago and this is my first time using it.
Whenever I click on add item to submission checklist in workflow settings, I get this error message: Failed Ajax request or invalid JSON returned.

And here is the message I found in the log: Fatal error: Declaration of SubmissionChecklistForm::initData($args) must be compatible with Form::initData() in /home/REDACTED/lib/pkp/controllers/grid/settings/submissionChecklist/form/SubmissionChecklistForm.inc.php on line 41

I looked in the forum but didn’t find anything similar to this issue.
Can anyone help?

Problem solved after reinstalling everything.
