i just installed ojs 3.3.0.7 everything looks good at first just that when i try to make a submission and then add contributor, the edit page pops up but it dosnt list contributors role for me to select. so i cant add contributors

Have you already checked your webserver log error and your browser console log? They can show you critical info about this issue.

Yeah, same here.
No entry present in error.log regarding this jquery issue…

Could you please check your webserver error_log. There is an error 500 and further info about it may be shown in your log.
