OJS 3.3.0-6: Submission stuck in the file upload step

Hi,

just upgraded to latest ojs and now users can’t upload new articles.

Looks similar as described here.
The log message:

PHP Notice:  Undefined index: en_EN in /var/www/html/lib/pkp/classes/validation/ValidatorFactory.inc.php on line 280

My instalation has both English and Brazilian Portuguese as languages. But the problem persists even when I delete and left only one as default.
One thing I noticed is that the original error message complains about “en_EN” and not “en_US”. If I disable and delete the English language, it shows the original error plus another:

I managed to solve this by searching “en_EN” through the database dump. I found that only in the field “primary_locale” on table “journals” and “journal_settings”. Swaped that for “en_US” and now everything is ok.
