OJS 3.3.0.4 Template mail don't show

I saw that the when I want to notify the author that the galley is ready for Proofreading with the mail “Proofreading Acknowledgement (Author)” in the dropdown list, it is not present, and there are also blanks as shown in the screen below. Is this a Bug?
