Dear community, I have the following problem:
I have submitted the journal on March 25, 2021. Still, it is in the submission stage and it hasn’t proceeded to the review process. It shows the notification as “No editor has been assigned to this submission.”
I clicked the option “assign editor” then searched the editors’ name, it always showed “No items”. Please see the below-attached image.

Have you looked in the Users & Roles settings to ensure that you have one or more user assigned to the role of Section editor? You can also use the drop-down menu (under “Locate a User” in your screenshot) to select a different role besides section editor. This should bring up a list of users in the journal who have that role assigned.

Thank you very much for your reply. I did as per your guidance. Now the article is in the stage of “Scheduled” for publication. Please find the below-attached image. Could you please guide me what is the next process? And also please tell me How do I know if a journal is indexed by OJS?
