[OJS 3.3.0.10] Unable to add named anchor to journal setup form

Hello anyone,
Description of issue or problem I’m having:
I’m unable to add <a name="anchor-name"></a> to journal configuration form fields.
This were available in OJS 2.x as part of the journal setup forms, which were separate items. These were interesting because we could point to specific anchors when registering the journal at specific indexing databases requiring journal information.

Steps I took leading up to the issue:
Tried multple to add the link to the HTML without succes.

What I tried to resolve the issue:
Tried multple times saving in all available languages wihout succes. I checke TinyMCE configurations. Check the allowed_html variable in config.inc.php to confirm “name” is an allowed attribute, but no success so far.

Application Version - e.g., OJS 3.1.2:
OJS 3.3.0.10

Additional information, such as screenshots and error log messages if applicable:

Hello all,

Please disregard previous message.
Somehow now OJS is saving the HTML.

Hello everyone,

Just in case anyone is running into the same problem, switching to Firefox may solve sluggishess and problems saving journal configuration forms.

Somehow lates Chrome updates have caused OJS to fail miserably and never complete certain tasks, requiring multiple refreshes and saving attempts.

Firefox, despite being slower in general, works fine.
