Institutional subscription setup. User goes through university proxy provider. Clicks on PDF. PDF viewer provides error message “PDF.js v2.0.943 (build: dc98bf76) Message: file origin does not match viewer’s”
Users cannot view nor download PDFs.
I don’t seem to be able to add screen grabs to this message. Have them available.

The proxy is OpenAthens
I’m not able to ascertain what - if any - feedback to provide to the University. Is there a simple guide with step by step instructions on how to fix this problem for OpenAthens?
The user indicated that this appears to be a solution for OpenAthens and EZProxy.
