Today I was told that some of my emails are not sending anything to our users and after checking my email templates I see that some of them are empty.
Lets say that we need to send an email to all of our registered users, when we use the announcement template and clic on the checkbox to send the announcement via email:
the email is sended but it comes without anything appended to the message we can only see the firm of the journal:
As I said some of the email templates are empty… here is the “announcement” template as an example:
Same is happening with other ones:
I hope you can help me with this… or even if you guys can show me documentation about the variables that I can use to set the email templates with this problems.
