[OJS 3.2.1.4] Issue with Journal Summary editor

Hi everyone.

I have found with an issue in the Journal Settings page specifically in the tab Masthead, I have noticed that the editor for Journal Summary has less toolbar options than the rest of the editors in the same page. Is there a reason that this editor has less options? Is there a way to add the missing options?
