[OJS 3.2.1-1] Problem with review form 'Save for later'

I fill in the Review form, hit “Save for Later” then I hit “Submit Review” (with or without making any changes first). I get the “Are you sure you want to submit this review?” message and hit “OK”.

Doing that I get “Your changes have been saved” instead of the expected “Review submitted”.

After hitting “Save for later” for the review to be submitted I have to reload the page first. Without reloading the page first the review isn’t submitted.

Since people may want temporarily save before submitting it would be nice if the form would actually submit when hitting submit.

@asmecher How about forcing the page to reload after hitting “Save for later”? Unelegant but at least ‘Submit Review’ would then do what it says it does.
