OJS 3.2.1.1 add new language

Hello,
we already finishing with translation in Slovak language.
I need know, how to add new language into OJS - showing in “INSTALL LOCALE”
OJS running on 3.2.1.1

Hi @tntcko,

I’m actually about to put together the release of OJS 3.2.1-2; if your translations are all included in the Weblate translation tool, they’ll be included in the new release.

already translating last component.

We are done with translating, we make now corrections, when we will be ready i write you and you can put it into new release.
