OJS 3.2.1.0 Plugin Upgrade Error

Hi
I have upgraded the journal to 3.2.1.0. When I am trying to upgrade any of the plugins, I get an error notification as null. As a result I am unable to add any theme.

I tried to install the theme manually, its showing but not getting populated in the theme dropdown under appearance.
