OJS 3.1 system service request

Hello，
I am using OJS 3.1 for multi-journal and conferences.
Many problems and requests have emerged and I really need a backup service (pay) for the development of this system.
My main request are

  1. We need an “user home” function, which is similar as OCS. So each user can view the role and submissions in different journals .

  2. When I create an email template, it does not show in the list when I notify the author. How to customize email template and use it.

  3. Article ID is a mess, can we create our own id and include the id in the title of the submission.

  4. There is no PDF generation function.

  5. Don't know what to do with the payment function.

  6. For crossref similarity check, is there any way to build it in?

  7. For special issue of a journal, can each special issue has a submission link?

our current problem is

  1. once in a while the email does not work, reviewers cannot receive requests.

Can any one help me here, or any recommendations?

There are various service providers offering service for PKP software, including PKP’s own PKP Publishing Services.
