First of all, good work for the translators that keep Portuguese OJS.
I will keep here all my impressions found in 3.1 version.
Here u can see a problem, don’t know if of translation or code, but should be “Rodada 1” and it is with some strange code.
Second is a mistake, the marked on right is correct “Solicitar modificações”, but the left is incorrect, “Avaliações foram solicitadas.” should be “Modificações foram solicitadas.”.
I will keep posting other things i find.

I even started to translate some things i noticed is not on my ojs 3.1 but the repository created a fork, since i don’t have permission.
