Being JM / JE I am unable to send email to users. whenever, I send email I received the following message
A message that you sent was rejected by the local scanning code that
checks incoming messages on this system. The following error was given to me
“Relaying not permitted”
Plus, If someone submits a paper, or ask for reset same message I received.
Note: My email is not on the same domain on which I have hosted the journal.
