[OJS 3.1] How to create a based block plugin?

Hi great PKP team.

I have read in this awesome forum about how create a block plugin, I have read the documentation https://pkp.sfu.ca/wiki/index.php?title=Writing_a_Block_Plugin and I have wrote my own plugin, added to block directory, enable it from the administrator interface, in sidebar management I have selected it, but my own plugin is not renderized in the sidebar and any place within the site.

I know that custom block manager helps to add custom blocks, but I would like to have my own block plugin with 3 buttons, because this 3 buttons is required for a a lot of journals which I have to work.

Someone can help me to solve this. Thansk in advance.

Can you compare your code with one of the already existing block plugins? They are in this directory: https://github.com/pkp/ojs/tree/master/plugins/blocks

If it contains all necessary elements, I suggest to check PHP logs for errors.

I have make a copy of developBy plugin being careful changing the name of my plugin, and I have got it worked.
