OJS 3.1.2 mails not sending

Recently I have purchased office 365 accounts for my domain www.gnpublication.org and set two accounts info@gnpublication.org and editor@gnpublication.org.

In configuration file I tried the SMTP setting for Office 365 as following:

Server name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: STARTTLS

I have tried alternate possible settings as:
Server Name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587/ 465
Encryption Method: STARTTLS /TLS/ SSL / False

But non of these worked. I am seeing a message when I notify any users and try to send email using OJS as following:

I have contacted the Microsoft support and godaddy support regarding the issue but none was helpful.
Please help me in sending my emails through OJS.

Hi. I have the same problem. When I try send an email to reviewer, the warning appears. It happens with emails other than the administrator.

Can you tell me the settings you are using for sending mails smtp or php mail function. Or also check for any error occurs while sending the mails.
