OJS 3.1.2 and oldGregg

I am trying to apply the oldGregg theme to an installation of OJS 3.1.2, when applying it to the different magazines it is applied without problems, but when wanting to apply it to the general site (multi-journal) it does not apply, someone can tell me if it has managed to apply it successfully?

thanks for the answer, could you tell me then what are the pages that load at the beginning? load header.tpl and footer.tpl, what is the page that loads the list of magazines at the beginning?
