[OJS 3.1.2-1] Alphabetic order on Add participant

We are looking for a way to load sorted by alpabeth the participants on Add participant page but didn’t get it.

Finally, We reach the solution. If you OJS is multilanguage, be sure to complete all fields of Name and Family Name in each language, because may not show correct sorted.

When We completed all fields, it worked fine.
