OJS 3.1.1 to OJS 3.1.1-4

Hello:
Our programming team has been using the OJS 3.1.1 version, however,
we would like to know if do we need to go through the OJS 3.1.1-2 version
before using OJS 3.1.1-4 ? or can we just go directly to it?
Also, it would be helpful if someone knows what the main differences between these two versions (OJS 3.1.1 and 3.1.1-4) are and if there are any serious implications or consequences by changing from one to the other.

You may update directly from OJS 3.1.1 to OJS 3.1.1-4. You can check all Bug fixes and new features through these minor upgrades in following URL:
https://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/RELEASE
