I visited you OJS page and it seems that all errors are shown to the browser. If you visit your frontpage, you can see errors like **Strict Standards** : Declaration of PKPUsageEventPlugin::getEnabled() should be compatible with LazyLoadPlugin::getEnabled($contextId = NULL) in the beginning of the page.
You need to direct the errors to an error_log. I also recommend disabling the strict standard errors, because otherwise your error log will be filled with those.
Those errors are probably causing the problem you are experiencing as well.
If you can not change the settings yourself, you should ask your service provider.
i have tried in different ISP, but still same problem. can you me help to fix this
You just need to change the way errors are logged on the server.
Now they are shown in the browser. Instead, they should be shown in an error_log file.
How it is done depends on the service provider and the service you have bought. The best way to solve this is to ask for advice form the service provider.

Those errors are basically just warnings that should not affect anything.
When you try to save the form, do you get some other errors?
