OJS 3.1.1.4 getting blank page

Hi,

Is it possible to do full package upgrade of OJS 3.1.2.1? I tried but it didn’t work. The version still mentioned 3.1.1.4. Could you please give me instruction for doing full package upgrade from ojs 3.1.1.4 to 3.1.2.1? Now my site works with OJS 3.1.1.4 version but not able to solve orcid issue. Author can’t able to save the contributor’s form if they add orcid id.

What specific steps did you try? Did you remember to run the upgrade script after replacing the source code files?

# Upgrading an OJS Installation

Note: Before upgrading your installation, perform a complete backup of your
data files and database. If the upgrade process fails, you will need to recover
from backup before continuing.

If you are using PHP Safe Mode, please ensure that the max_execution_time
directive in your php.ini configuration file is set to a high limit. If this
or any other time limit (e.g. Apache's "Timeout" directive) is reached and
the upgrade process is interrupted, manual intervention will be required.
