[OJS 3.1.1.4] Custom Block Manager problem

Hi everybody,
I would need help on the plugin “Custom Block Manager” that does not display anything, I attach screenshots:

How can fix this problem?

Hi @Tiziano,

Did you recently upgrade your site? If so, from what version? Do you have custom blocks on your site that are not being displayed in the Custom Block Manager?

I am also having a similar problem, I have made an upgrade to OJS 3.1.1.4. After upgrade my previous custom blocks are not visible at Website Settings>Appearance>Sidebar Management. similarly, if I add new customs back still can see anything. Also, my PHP error log shows nothing.
