We recently upgraded from 2.4.8 to 3.1.1.2 and one of our journal managers is reporting hundreds of submissions dating back to 2015 appearing in the All Active tab in the Copyediting stream even though they have long since been published. Is there an easy way to resolve this?

If you go to one of these submissions, which of the four stages is underlined with red (submission, review, copyediting, production)?

You should see if the solution is there. In brief, there is some data missing from these articles: they are in the wrong stage or dont have a published date set.
Thank you very much. I’ve followed up with the user and asked them to manually update the submissions.
