OJS 3.1.1.0: Problems with the QuickSubmit plugin

Hi,

I was using QuickSubmit plugin in a journal with OJS 3.1.1.0.
I’ve had two problems:

1- I cannot save reference metadata with more than 3500 characters.
2- Now I can’t save any metadata using the module. The following message appears:

3- These are the details of my server:

OS platform: Linux
PHP version: 5.6.36
Apache version: Apache
Database driver: mysql
Database server version: 10.1.31-MariaDB-cll-lve

Can you help me?

Hi @santillan,

That message isn’t coming from OJS – I suspect you’ve got mod_security or something similar running on your server, and that it’s incorrectly interpreted a legitimate request as an attempt to break into the server. You’ll have to find out why in its log files.
