[OJS 3.1.0.1] DOI submission error after upgrade

Hi,
we have installed OJS 3.1.0.1 and we started having problems with the Crossref XML export plugin.
It was set to automatically submit the DOIs but even if I try to do it manually I get the following error:
Failed to locate the main schema resource at [https://www.crossref.org/schemas/crossref4.3.6.xsd
Any ideas?

Hi,
I temporarily solved the problem by unchecking the validation button in the Crossref export plugin, Articles page. and then selecting and submitting the articles. The submission went fine and the DOIs were immediately activated.
