I just installed an fresh install OJS 3.1.0.0, after enabling many of the plugins. I noticed, that almost all of the plugins do not have an settings option. They only have only 2 options, Delete or Upgrade. The only plugin that had Setting was Usage Statistics.
Am I missing something that would prevent these plugins, from not having an setting option.
Please help
