OJS 3.0 delivery format

Hi, I have reviewed the demo for OJS 3.0 at http://journals.sfu.ca/present3/index.php/demojournal

As you can see, there is an article having just one delivery format via PDF, and there are articles having multiple delivery formats via PDF, XML, and HTML.

So do I have to build multiple delivery formats myself, or will the system automatically generate for me (In other words, the system automatically generate XML from PDF, HTML from PDF)?

Thanks,

Hi @Y_H,

OJS expects you to generate and upload all delivery formats yourself, but you might look at Open Typesetting Stack, which is a work in progress. Its goal is to convert source documents (e.g. from Microsoft Word) into JATS XML, which can then be transformed into HTML, PDF, etc.
