OJS 3.0.2 Suddenly lost connection with all published papers

Hi, our website at the university suddenly has become unstable and does not show the publications. I can not access the users and some of the sections in admin area. I do not quietly understand what s going on. I have check the server error messages and it sound to have permission issue, but all referred folders are on 0755 as before,

Hi @Dilan_Rostam,

It does look like a permission issue with your cache folder. The cache folder should have write permissions. Do you want to double check it?
