How to customize in open journal system?

example- Changes in User Registration Form- In this module user registration form was changed as per required by any publishing division. Before both Author’s first & last names are mandatory. Now to make only last name mandatory.

Im working with OJS-3.0.0, latest release.

The registration form template is implemented in lib/pkp/templates/frontend/components/registrationForm.tpl, and the form class is lib/pkp/classes/user/form/RegistrationForm.inc.php
