OJS email not sent out

My OJS did not send out any emails. I know this issue when I try to send an email to the Section Editor. I have tried to send it to the other email but still have not been received on the other end.

I have tried to configure the SMTP server in config.inc.php, but it does not resolve the problem. All processes are normal, but there is no email received in Inbox and Spam Folder.

Please note that he version of OJS that you’re using is no longer maintained or supported by PKP. I recommend that you upgrade to the newest version of OJS. However, other community members may wish to offer assistance with your question.
