[OJS 2.4.8.3] Update on Windows server

Hi,

I would like to know what is the best way to update to 3.2.1 the OJS platform version 2.4.8.3, which is hosted on a server with Windows Server. Since in S.O. Linux, can be done from the console, from the web or from the git itself, but in Windows, I can do it through the web, or what is the best way to do it in this operating system.

I recomend using command line interface during the upgrade. If using WEB interface can various timouts.

When you mention using the command line interface, it’s the Windows CMD, and if so, how do I run the update from there.
