OJS 2.4.8.2 Journal statistics 404 not found

I have installed the statics plugin but I am getting 404 error. I have already read the below topic but unable to find the solution.
Any solution for this problem

Hi, I’ve moved to the stats & reports page. Selected six of the seven sections in my journal in the section Journal Statistics and when I hit record I get a 404 error. I would appreciate some help working out what has gone wrong.
