Ojs 2.4.8.1 notify Reviewer email template not showing

Hy,

our client has reported that email template is empty when they try to notify Reviewer. We have check and discover that in some cases template is showing and in some cases not. We couldn`t find any obvious differences between submission. Only thing that is different - for submission which is in Review circle 1 email template for Notify Reviewer is showing, and for submission which is in Review circle 3 email template for Notify Reviewer is not showing. How can we solve that?

Hi @suzy,

There may be several templates loaded, depending on the situation and your journal’s configuration. Check in “Prepared Emails” (as Manager) for all of these:

  • REVIEW_REQUEST
  • REVIEW_REQUEST_SUBSEQUENT
  • REVIEW_REQUEST_ONECLICK
  • REVIEW_REQUEST_ONECLICK_SUBSEQUENT
  • REVIEW_REQUEST_ATTACHED
  • REVIEW_REQUEST_ATTACHED_SUBSEQUENT

I suspect one or several of these are missing.
