OJS- Reset Password and Unable to login after

I have a journal manger that sent me this message:-

I am getting the emails to reset password.
I follow the steps, and then when I proceed to the next step (actually logging on) it doesn’t let me do it.
I have tried Chrome and IE on PC.

I have gone is and checked that the password field is 255.
Any suggestions.


Have you been able to replicate this problem yourself? It might be helpful to describe, in detail, what steps are taken and what response is seen for each step.

I have been unable to replicate this issue. The process works fine for me.
So very hard to fix something I am unable to replicate.
